Residents of the Sheikh Jarrah neighbourhood in East Jerusalem hold a demonstration alongside activists on Saturday, July 31 to protest against the evictions of Palestinian families from the area.
The Israeli High Court of Justice is expected to have a hearing on the eviction case of four Palestinian families on Monday after lower courts have recently upheld claims that pro-settler Israeli company Nahalat Shimon owns the land in Sheikh Jarrah.
The dispute has been going on for months, sparking multiple protests and gaining recognition worldwide.
