The Justice Department has seized documents from Donald Trump's Florida residence Mar-a-Lago that it says have classification markings. It also claims there is evidence of obstruction of justice, and that Trump concealed, removed or destroyed government records. But is the Justice Department willing to prosecute the former president? Trump says everything at his residence he declassified already, and was therefore not sealed under the classification markings the documents are labeled with.
