How to assemble an Eagle-Research ER50 (electrolyzer) Kit.
Starts with kit in box and proceeds through wiring and setup to build a Brown's Gas (HHO) electrolyzer optimized for HEALTH application.
UPDATE: This version of the ER50 is NOT designed to operate for more than 20 minutes at a time because it will go over 100 degrees F and that will cause the fittings to start leaking.

Do NOT allow it to go over 100 degrees F (or about 37 degrees C).

If you wish to operate it for long periods of time, you can put cooling fans on it. At 50 lph gas production, 3 of 4 inch computer fans do a pretty good job of keeping it under 100 degrees F.
For simplicity, I power the fans directly from the switch, so that they are on as long as the machine is on.
It is possible to put a thermostatic switch in series so that it shuts off the ER50 (if it's getting too hot) OR turns on the cooling fans (or two switches to do both).
